Krest Real Estate is a Belgian company that entered the Portuguese market in 2014 with projects in Lisbon, Oporto and Algarve. Krest has invested in residential, logistics, retail, hotel and office developments in Portugal and Belgium. It is currently developing a Moxy brand hotel and an office building called K-Tower at Parque das Nações, in Lisbon, as well as an office tower in Oporto and a residential project in Algarve.
